Here are some things that set our monitoring center apart.

Two Five-Diamond Monitoring Centers
Both of our monitoring centers hold a Five Diamond level accreditation from The Monitoring Association (TMA). Less than 200 central stations in the United States have been recognized as a Five Diamond Monitoring Center and fewer than one percent of the electronic security industry operates multiple monitoring centers that have all earned the Five Diamond accreditation. This unprecedented honor shows a deep level of dedication to superior monitoring for our customers.

Certifications and Award

Both of our monitoring centers are U.L. Certified which means they are evaluated on a yearly basis by Underwriters Laboratories. As a part of Guardian’s UL Certification, the monitoring centers have multiple power redundancies. For example, both monitoring centers are supported by an Uninterruptible Power System, and multiple generators. We have also been recognized with many awards including the 2015 Central station of the Year Award from TMA (formerly known as the Central Station Alarm Association).

Outstanding Training for Each Employee
100 percent of Guardian’s monitoring center operators have passed The Monitoring Association’s (TMA) online Operator Training Course which covers all phases of central station communication with customers, law enforcement, fire and emergency services communications centers. This training ensures our central station staff is prepared to communicate quickly and effectively in the case of an emergency in your home.

U.S. Based, 24-hours A Day
Our offices and employees live in the communities that we help to protect because we are 100 percent U.S. based. Guardian doesn’t outsource its monitoring or customer service like some security companies. You can trust that we care about your communities because they are our communities as well.
